·         Global Fusion Coating Inc. is a professional applicator of 3M Skotchkote 134 Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) which provides superior corrosion protection for metals, therefore dramatically increasing the service life of those metals.

·         Global Fusion Coating Inc. guarantees that the coating procedure utilized at all Global Fusion Coating Inc. locations, strictly adheres to the application process as directed by the 3M Corrosion Protection Product specifications. 

·         Global Fusion Coating Inc. guarantees that our applied FBE coatings will not fail due to an application process, for a period of one year from the date of application.

·         Before using this product for corrosion protection on your project, you must evaluate it and determine that it is suitable for your intended application.  You assume all risks and liability associated with such use.

·         If a failure occurs within one year of coating application due to coating application procedures, Global Fusion Coating Inc. accepts only the responsibility of the re-application of new 3M Scotchkote 134 coating to the failed pieces. 

·         Global Fusion Coating Inc. extends no other warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranty for suitability of 3M Scotchkote 134 FBE for your purpose.

·         Global Fusion Coating Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the application of the coating by Global Fusion Coating Inc.
